Why property? Why not shares or other assets?
Why? Because property creates more millionaires than any other asset class. There are four main reasons, which we touched on in an earlier interview;
1. You can be above-average at property investing.
2. You can use leverage.
3. Property has had solid and steady long-term returns.
4. Property can be improved with effort (such as through renovation or rezoning, for example).
We look at each of these in a bit more detail and cover off some of these points…

- Leveraging: when it’s important and when less important
- Compound growth examples
- The Rule of 72
- Imperfect market – most people aren’t investors, just home buyers
- Tax benefits
