Why property? Why not shares or other assets?
Why? Because property creates more millionaires than any other asset class. There are four main reasons, which we touched on in an earlier interview;

3. Property has had solid and steady long-term returns.
4. Property can be improved with effort (such as through renovation or rezoning, for example).
